Refund Policy
Returns are welcome anytime within 30 days of your original receipt of your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs for mailing the item back to our warehouse.

You can also email us at support@Upliftex.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address before mailing item back, and make sure to include the RA number with your return.
Returns will not be accepted without this RA number.
Our inventory are turning over at a fast pace with items selling out daily, we are unable to guaranteed we will have the size/item you request for exchange at the moment. For exchange, we suggest to place a new order for the new size/ item and return your current order.
Most of our products are eligible to be returned, with the following exceptions:
- Final Sale Items. Items marked as 'Final Sale' on the product details page are sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Underwear and Panties. For hygiene reasons, underwear and panties are not eligible to return.
- Bunion/Foot Support items. For same hygiene reasons, bunion/Foot support items in these collections: Bunion Treatment , Ankle/Foot Support, Plantar Fasciitis are not eligible to return and final sale.
- Creams and Teas.This kind of product cannot be returned once opened or if the seal has been broken.
- Pushup Bras. For hygiene reasons, bras and intimate items are not eligible to return.
- Beauty & Cosmetic Products.This kind of product cannot be returned once opened or if the seal has been broken.
All returns are subject to quality approval and inspection.Unapproved products will be sent back and return will be denied.Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:
- Unused
- Unstained
- Unwashed
- All tags attached
- Original packaging
- No animal or pet hair
- No smells other than natural product orders
- Within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, refunds will be issued in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price, shipping costs are non-refundable and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- All items will be inspected on return.
- All returned items should be sent in their original condition, original packaging, and include all tags.
- All items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please be sure your return is packed properly and can't get damaged during its transit.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you would like these items returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
- Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, it will take 3 to 7 business days to be processed. An email notification will be sent upon the refund completion.
WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM
We always make sure everything is 100% premium quality before shipping to you if by any means you received a wrong or defective item,please contact us with photo evidence at support@Upliftex.com within 30 days upon receiving the order.We will send a new item as soon as possible once your claim is deemed eligible.
***All defective/faulty claims much be submitted within 30 days upon receiving the order to be eligible.After 30 days policy period, we can no longer process those requests and Upliftex is not responsible for used items.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. We strive to ensure efficient handling of all orders to expedite delivery to our customers. Customers have a 3-hour window after placing an order for address update or cancellations. This can be conveniently done through the order status page, accessible via the order confirmation email/text or the customer's account on our platform. After this 3-hour window, no cancellations can be granted. No refund will be given for any reasons when an order is in transit.
DISCOUNT CODES
All discount codes need to be entered at checkout to be valid before submitting an order.Only one discount code can be used per order, and we can not apply discount codes or reimburse discounts after an order is placed.
DISCLAIMER
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds are only issued for items that are successfully delivered. Upliftex does not provide refunds for orders that were reported lost in transit, packages that are stolen from delivery address or if post office is unable to deliver to your shipping address due to incorrect address provided with the order or if they are unable to gain entry/access. Additionally, replacements for orders lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
